Braeburn Apples are medium to large in size and have red striations completely covering a creamy-yellow base. They have a smooth, crisp, light golden, juicy sweet  flesh and a pleasing depth of flavor. 

These apples are excellent for fresh eating and good for cooking into sauces.

Our apples are from either Briermere Farms in Riverhead or the Milk Pail in Water Mill.
